Does your yoga practice feel a little stale or stagnant? Like it’s not really serving you? Maybe you’re wondering how you can make specific poses (or your practice in general) work for your body instead of the other way around? Or perhaps you’re looking for a way to bring some play and creativity to your yoga both in and out of the studio? Reclaim Your Yoga is for you. A 5-week series designed to help you reflect, reset, and recommit — clarifying your intentions for your practice and encouraging you to approach it with a fresh perspective and a sustainable spark. You’ll explore what works for you and what doesn’t, letting go of old patterns surrounding your practice that aren’t supporting you or your growth and building new ones that will.

During each 60 minute session, we'll focus on a different theme (e.g. learning what YOU need from your yoga, mindfulness as the context for your practice) and your personal reflections will guide you in creating a yoga practice that truly serves you and aligns with your life rhythms. Sessions will include a short centering exercise and journal prompt followed by a 40-50 minute vinyasa flow (with the option for hands-on alignment cues and assists from Kate if individual students desire).

WHEN: Every Tuesday from 1/9/2018 to 2/6/2018, 7:15 to 8:15 PM.
COST: Paid in full by 12/29/2017 — $69, paid after 12/29/2017 — $89 (payment plans available upon request).

This series is led by Kate Block of Little Dipper GR. Kate completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Amber Kilpatrick at Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga, training specifically in vinyasa (flow-based) yoga and mindfulness techniques. She would be honored to guide you on your yoga journey.
