At only the age of 18, Brando was feeling horribly ill every morning when he woke up. It felt like he had acid burning away at my insides. He almost never ate any kind of breakfast. His mornings normally started with a cigarette and a rockstar energy drink. Brando only weighed 120lbs, and felt frail and weak. Almost every time a cold or flu went around he was one of the first to catch it. Brando never felt like he had much energy despite the massive amounts of soda and energy drinks heI was consuming. All of his joints ached, and he had lots of pains he knew he shouldn't at such a young age.

So Brando decided to change his life around. He didn't want to feel this way anymore. He wanted to be the best he could possibly be, and feel the best he possibly could. He started with quitting smoking, and then began to change his diet. He slowly started weening himself of soda and sugary energy drinks, by drinking juice, mixing it with sparkling water sometimes to combat the soda cravings. 

This started as a slow process and was hard, cutting out some of his favorite foods at the time. But as time went on, it got much easier and he began feeling better. Which was motivation to keep him pushing forward.

It's been about 5 years now and Brando is in the best shape of his life, and feels better than ever. He has been able to do things he never thought was possible through hard work and dedication to his goals.
